Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you book and ride with us.

These terms apply between you and See You Tomorrow (See You Tomorrow LLC) when you book a trip. Please read them alongside our Cancellation & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Booking and deposit

A 10% deposit reserves your seat. The balance is due ahead of departure — we’ll confirm the schedule when you book. You’re welcome to pay in full at the time of booking instead. Your place is confirmed once we’ve received your deposit and sent written confirmation.

Prices and what’s included

Prices are per person in US dollars and are listed on each trip’s page, along with exactly what’s included and excluded. Flights, travel insurance, and bike rental are not included.

Your responsibilities as a rider

Our trips are for strong intermediate to advanced riders comfortable with five-hour days and sustained climbing. You’re responsible for arriving in appropriate fitness, riding within your limits, wearing a helmet, following the guide’s directions, and holding valid travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical care abroad, and cycling (which we require). You ride at your own risk.

Changes by us

Weather, road closures, and safety can require us to alter a route or the running order of the week; we’ll always aim to keep the spirit of the trip intact. If we have to cancel a departure, we’ll offer you a full refund of the money you’ve paid us, or a transfer to another departure.

Liability

We run each trip with care, but cycling in mountainous terrain carries inherent risks, and some things are outside anyone’s control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for anything arising out of your trip is limited to the amount you paid us for it. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control — including weather, road or border closures, acts of government, illness, or transport disruption — or for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights, lost earnings, or non-refundable arrangements you make elsewhere. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover what these terms do not.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Seller-of-travel registration is not applicable to the trips we run.
