Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information See You Tomorrow (See You Tomorrow LLC) collects, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to this website and to the inquiries you send us.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, the trip you have in mind, your party size, and your message. We don’t ask for payment details through the website.

How we use it

We use your information for one thing: to reply to you and, if you decide to ride with us, to plan and run your trip. We don’t sell or rent your details, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for.

Who helps us process it

Your inquiry is delivered to us by email through Cloudflare, which also hosts the site and provides privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. If you book, your payment is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages — we never see or store your card details. Each of them processes this data on our behalf under its own terms.

Cookies

Our visitor analytics, from Cloudflare, count visits without cookies and without following you around the web.

Google Analytics. If you are visiting from outside the EU and the UK, we also load Google Analytics. It sets cookies so it can recognise a returning browser, and it tells us which pages get read and which buttons get pressed. We don’t send Google your name, your email address, or anything you wrote to us. If you are in the EU or the UK we don’t load it at all.

Advertising. If you are visiting from outside the EU and the UK, we also load Meta’s advertising pixel. It does set cookies, and it lets us show ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have looked at our journeys. If you are in the EU or the UK we don’t load it at all.

We tell Meta that a visit, an inquiry signup, or a booking happened. We don’t send them your name, your email address, or anything you wrote to us.

Because we don’t load either of those for EU and UK visitors, there is nothing there for you to accept or refuse and no banner to click. Any other storage the site uses is limited to making the site work. Your browser’s tracking protection or any ad blocker will stop these, and nothing on this site depends on them.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry for as long as we need it to correspond with you and, if you book, to run your trip and meet our records obligations. After that we delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email us at hi@seeyoutomorrow.cc and we’ll take care of it.
